About content and structure of population’s finances

Abstract
The article considers the significance of population’s finances in the process of interaction between a state and household subjects. Household is independent subject of economic relations, having its own internal structure and connections which there are among its members which behavior is grounded on disposal of individual preferences and is aimed at meeting personal needs.
